BitTitan Honors “Top Titan” Sales Winners for 2020

By any measure, 2020 was a difficult year for businesses around the globe. Despite these challenges, managed service providers proved their value to customers by helping them continue migrating to the cloud and empowering a remote workforce.

At BitTitan, that resilience from partners was matched by all members of our global sales team. A group of driven, customer-first people, the MigrationWiz sales team helped ensure partners were able to pursue and close migration projects, scope new opportunities, and ultimately keep their own practices moving forward.

At our Global Sales Meeting (GSM) in January 2021, we celebrated the success of the “Top Titans” – those sales people who went above and beyond the previous year to help customers meet their goals while also driving BitTitan to new highs.

Across regions and roles, the success of our partners is driven by the efforts of these individuals. Congratulations to all our Top Titans below! Read on to learn more about the familiar faces helping you scope and execute cloud migration projects.

Olivia Filip

olivia-filip

Olivia is a Lead Sales Specialist in the EMEA region, assisting partners and end users across a wide range of countries. In 2020, she achieved 114% of her annual quota, triaging inbound project requests and coordinating with Technical Sales Specialists to move projects forward.

Where do you call home and what’s your favorite part about the location?

I am based in Bucharest, Romania and my favorite thing about the capital city is the never ending party atmosphere.

What’s one hobby to keep you busy in your spare time or sane during Covid?

Cooking is my all-time favorite hobby, and I took that to the next level during the pandemic by trying new exotic recipes.

What’s your favorite part about sales?

My favorite part about sales is meeting new people every day and what makes it interesting for me is to see how I can adapt to all those different personalities that I meet and create strong business relationships.

 

Parker Hanson

Parker is a Solution Sales Specialist for the Americas region, supporting projects for partners in the US Central and US West territories. Parker has been a cornerstone of the inside sales team for over three years, consistently exceeds his quota, and is a great resource helping partners plan and execute projects of all sizes.

Where do you call home and what’s your favorite part about the location?

Based in Seattle, just across the water from our headquarters in Bellevue.

What’s one hobby to keep you busy in your spare time or sane during Covid?

That depends on the season. In the summer, you’ll find me on the golf course. In the winter, I’ll be up in the mountains snowboarding.

What’s your favorite part about sales?

Constantly talking to and meeting new people.

 

Lindsay Karlik

Lindsay joined the BitTitan team in December 2019 and wasted no time leaving her mark as a powerhouse account manager for the US Northeast region. Lindsay landed the largest MigrationWiz project in company history, a massive government migration still underway. Lindsay also stepped up with fellow AM and Top Titan winner Jenn Cheer to manage additional accounts in the Americas in the second half of 2020.

Where do you call home and what’s your favorite part about the location?

I live in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

What’s one hobby to keep you busy in your spare time or sane during Covid?

I spend a lot of time outside work cooking and going to the beach with the family.

What’s your favorite part about sales?

I enjoy building strong partner and customer relationships to become that trusted advisor for these projects.

 

Paul Agar

Another Top Titan that joined in late 2019, Paul stepped up to manage accounts in the UK and Ireland regions. Paul helped grow relationships and business in that region over the past year while identifying new opportunities for partner-led sales motions around new migration scenarios. He’s always asking good questions to help understand our scenarios and prepare our partners for the challenges of different migration projects.

Where do you call home and what’s your favorite part about the location?

North Yorkshire in the north part of England is where I call home. I love the fact that, within a 10 minute drive, I can be in beautiful scenery in the middle of nowhere with no one else around me – apart from wild animals.

What’s one hobby to keep you busy in your spare time or sane during Covid?

I have done a lot of research into my family history during lockdown, directly tracing my ancestors back to the 1600’s.

What’s your favorite part about sales?

Achieving a mutually positive outcome for all stakeholders within a project, i.e. ensuring a Win : Win : Win.

 

Lauren Brunson

Lauren is a Senior Technical Sales Specialist for BitTitan. Over the course of her FIVE years at BitTitan, Lauren has helped countless partners plan and execute projects. As a member of the TSS team, Lauren helps customers early in the migration process with planning and strategizing to develop an airtight migration plan. She also helps with marketing and sales enablement efforts around new features such as Microsoft Teams.

Where do you call home and what’s your favorite part about the location?

I’m located in Pensacola Beach, Florida. Favorite thing about the area are the white sandy beaches and laidback atmosphere that comes with the small town feel.

What’s one hobby to keep you busy in your spare time or sane during Covid?

Home building projects and playing the guitar.

What’s your favorite part about sales?

The fun characters you get to work with globally on a daily basis. Maybe we can’t connect face to face yet, but it’s still fun to get to know different partners.

 

Jenn Cheer

If you’re based in the Americas and have done a large migration project with us in the last six years, chances are you’ve met Jenn Cheer. A relentless Senior Account Manager covering the US Southeast territory, Jenn routinely occupies the top spot across sales teams and has developed deep rapport with some of BitTitan’s largest partners. She is driven to ensure our partners have everything they need to win, plan, and successfully migrate end users across key verticals like education and government projects, and is a great source of knowledge and sales acumen for the rest of our global team.

Palm Beach Country, Florida

What’s one hobby to keep you busy in your spare time or sane during Covid?

During Covid, one of my hobbies has been cooking with my daughters Sarah and Ella.

What’s your favorite part about sales?

My favorite part about sales is solving customer problems with our best partners.
