Previously, Jeff was the CEO of Teliris, Inc., and held a variety of SVP roles in product management, product, and marketing at Level 3 Communications.
Worldwide Partner Group CTO, Microsoft
Eduardo Kassner is the Worldwide Partner Group CTO at Microsoft. Eduardo is a Microsoft Circle of Excellence Gold Award recipient, and has been honored with numerous speaking awards for sessions delivered across the world. Since joining Microsoft in April of 2005, Eduardo has successfully driven the creation of the Cloud and Data Solution Architecture roles at Microsoft and hired more than 1,200 solution architects globally.
Cloud Profitability Lead, Microsoft
Melissa Mulholland is the Cloud Profitability Lead at Microsoft, focused on enabling partners and customers worldwide to accelerate their business transformation in the cloud, increase profitability, efficiency, and scale across Microsoft's Cloud services. Since 2008, Melissa has held strategy, marketing, and sales execution positions across multiple partner segments, OEM, and Advertising and Online Business.
Senior Analyst, 451 Research
Aaron Sherrill is a senior analyst at 451 Research and covers the Managed Services sector. He has more than 20 years of experience across several industries, including multiple private sector companies, as well as working in IT management for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He joined 451 Research after serving as VP and CTO, defining and creating technical strategies for two of the largest MSPs in the market.
Dana Willmer is the founder of CloudSpeed and a driving force behind cloud adoption in the Microsoft ecosystem over the last eight years. An author of numerous assets, publications, and financial models, his more recent proprietary research among early movers in the cloud chronicles the “best practices” proven to accelerate Partner business model transitions, reduce the attendant risks, and build shareholder value.
Former CEO New Signature
Chris Hertz was the founder and CEO of New Signature where he led the company's customer-service-oriented culture, set the company's long-term strategies, achieved 12 years of consecutive double-digit plus revenue growth, and exited after selling the company in 2015. Christopher is an industry expert who has presented in the US and Europe and has been quoted in dozens of publications including Time Magazine.
Joe is co-founder of ChannelE2E, its parent After Nines Inc., and MSSP Alert. He oversees ChannelE2E’s content direction and IT development, having previously co-founded MSPmentor, The VAR Guy, and Talkin’ Cloud. Prior to exiting the corporate world, Joe held executive- and senior-level editorial positions at CMP Media (Windows Magazine, InformationWeek), NYIT, Penton Media and Ziff Davis Media (Smart Partner).
Todd Hussey is a 20-year tech startup veteran with extensive expertise as a channel sales executive, consultant, advisor, and business leader. His successes include two IPOs and five acquisitions, growing businesses from $0–100M+ in more than 30 countries. As a HubSpot Gold Certified Agency Partner, Todd helps MSPs improve channel business and grow revenue through modernized inbound marketing experiences.
George Mellor is a 30-year veteran of the IT industry with more than a dozen years of experience in sales leadership and management positions. With over 20 years dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to clients as a VAR and MSP, he has leveraged his extensive sales and operational expertise to create valuable, long-term relationships with both clients and vendors.
Geeman Yip founded BitTitan in 2007. As CEO, he’s managed, defined, and driven the company’s core technologies and strategic growth. He has more than 18 years of experience in the software and IT industries, including email services, identity management, and business productivity applications. Prior to BitTitan, Geeman helped ship dozens of products at Microsoft, ranging from consumer devices to enterprise services.
